I know 4 stars for a fast food restaurant seems generous but this location really has their stuff together. The drive through line is always ridiculous and cramped but they have 1 or 2 people standing outside with manual ordering tablets and it makes the line move so fast and efficiently. While waiting to get the food and pay someone else stops you to give you sauces, napkins, silverware, etc which again, creates great efficiency. All of the staff is extremely nice and friendly which honestly happens at most Chick-Fil-A's but they deserve the shout out anyways because it totally goes against the typical fast food crap service mold. Order chocolate chip cookies every time. Just do it.

One star is being nice. Every time I would come to this Chick-fil-A, the chicken would ALWAYS be undercooked. I have sent back food, because the chicken would be raw. There was one instance where an employee straight up told me, "It's not raw, this is how we cook all our chicken," to which I nearly demanded to speak to a manager. I used to work at the Chick-fil-A on Forsyth, and I know for a fact, that is not how the chicken should be prepared. I never thought I'd be that person who would send back food, especially at a fast food restaurant! The staff is never nice, at least to me, and I very rarely get a "my pleasure." Luckily, I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, seeing as there is a new Chick-fil-A on Oxford & 436.

WHY WHY WHY.... why is it that when there is a drive thru line with 15 people in it all of those people can get their food in the time it takes to drive from the order board to the window...BUT, when i take the time to get out of my car and walk right in and am able to order immediately, it takes 7-10 minutes to receive my FAST FOOD order?????? i do not understand your system chick-fil-a and it could use some help. i should not have to provide my name for a fast food order. if i walk into a fast food restaurant and the 10-15 cars in the line outside get their food before me when i have already placed my order...there is a flaw in your operation.

You know how you always get that warm and friendly greeting when you walk into a Chick-Fil-A? Well, this wasn't the case on our recent visit which I'm very surprised by since we've never had a negative experience at this location. We stopped here recently on Halloween night about 2 hours before the dining room closed for dessert and because I had a voucher for a free sundae expiring. As we walked in, there were employees sweeping and mopping and had certain areas blocked off for cleaning. Walked up to the counter and it took a few minutes for the woman to take our order as we stood there. She seemed to be occupied with something and we felt like we were more of an afterthought. When I asked for a brownie sundae, she abruptly said "We don't have brownie sundaes" . Instead of suggesting a cookie sundae(which is on the menu) she just stood there waiting. So I ordered the cookie sundae. There was no "my pleasure" or the usual politeness you get when you order at a Chick-Fil-A. I think everyone's attention was on trying to close and clean the store and in the end, the quality of service was lackluster. I'm not heartless. I worked in retail for many, many years and remember the dread of someone coming in 10 minutes to closing and messing up a stack of perfectly folded sweaters. But you still treat the customer with respect and give them the service that is expected.

Zoinks! This place is a madhouse. Actually, that's an understatement. 1). Crazy long drive thru line wraps around the building - jeepers! 2). So many kids in here you'd think it was a Chuck E Cheese giving away free skee ball and pizza 3). Tasty chicken. Faster if you go in, but then I leave the comfort of plush bucket seats, A/C, and Foreigner's Greatest Hits. Pick your poison.

I frequent this Chick-Fil-A quite often, as it's very close to my work. This location is kept nice and clean, and I've never had a problem with the staff or food. My only complaint would be the parking and drive thru set up. Since it's right off of 17-92, it can be a real pain to get in and out of here, especially during the lunch rush. This location in particular seems to get hit extra hard during lunch. The drive thru gets wrapped around the entire parking lot. I don't even bother trying to wait for that and will just go inside to place my order. But pedestrians beware...between the giant line at the drive thru and the multiple cars trying to get in and out, it can get a little scary!

sweet staff! it can get crazyy crowded and busy during the lunch time as alwayss, i like to eat late lunches to avoid the crowd, but this place seems to handle it amazingly :)

Worst chick-fil-a around! The line does a complete circle around the building. Once you finally get to the window and get your food, the chicken breading is not even crispy. It's almost like they are so busy that they're fryer doesn't have a chance to get hot enough. Basically I'm not impressed.

This place is super busy during lunch time! You can expect to wait 20+ at the drive through! I wish they had a 2nd lane. They have great chicken meals. My fav for breakfast is the chicken minis, spicy chicken biscuit. Just about everything on their classic meal is awesome. I always get it with a sweet tea and waffle fries. If you are looking for something fast (not during lunchtime) and yummy. This is the place to be!

Chick-Fil-A has badly processed chicken sandwiches in a bun with a pickle. Closed on Sundays. Lines galore (there's no accounting for American's tastes). Tasteless billboards with cattle imploring one to eat here. Morally corrupt. They represent the worst that American fast food has to offer, and America at its worst.

Ok for a Chick-fil-A. The food is good as you can't go wrong with a spicy sandwich, but their service is not as good as other Chick-fil-A restaurants. I typically go through the drive through. I feel that the wait time is usually longer at this one and the restaurant never seems to be very clean on the inside. This could be the fact that I can see behind the line when at the drive through window. I will continue to go to this Chick-fil-A because it is closest to my house but there are a few things that they can improve upon.

Chick-Fil-A is as good as it gets when it comes to fast food. This particular location has been there a long time. Right on Orlando Ave (17-92) across the street from Publix between intersections of Orange & Fairbanks. The drive through is the way to go. Every time we stop at the BOA next door to use the ATM we are temped to grab something quick to-go. Service is good and the employees are super friendly. Gotta love Chick-Fil-A. They do a great job with catering too.

On a normal day I'd rate this as an average day. However, I've gotta give the staff some credit on how friendly they are to their customers and how well they do under stress. This place is clean and run very efficiently but you might not be able to tell this due to the long lines at the drive thru around noon. I assure you, compared to other drive thru places around Orlando - this one is one of the best. Ya, this place is busy for sure!

Whenever my hunger reaches critical mass, I drive straight to Chick-Fil-A and order my favorite. There is that special magic that comes in the high fructose corn syrupy honey mustard that I can never say 'no' to. And the best thing about chains is the consistency which is what I crave when I'm starving - I want what I want when I want it. If they had sweet potato fries, I may eat there every day.
